New menus, different opening hours or an extra service: your website should keep pace. We agree a maintenance plan around your site and the help you actually need.
We’ll agree the pages and features before we start. Your quote sets out what’s included, what we need from you and any third-party costs.
Content, menu and opening-hours updates
Bug fixes within an agreed support scope
Dependency and security updates where applicable
Performance and broken-link checks
Backup arrangements appropriate to your platform
Clear support terms and ongoing costs
01 / Planning your project
Keep business information current
Changed opening hours, a new menu or a different phone number should not leave customers with the wrong information. We agree a practical arrangement for updating the content your business changes most often, so you know how to request work and what the support covers.
02 / Planning your project
Look after the technical foundations
Maintenance can include broken-link checks, bug fixes, dependency updates and performance reviews, depending on the website and agreed scope. Backup and recovery arrangements depend on your platform. We discuss those details rather than treating every site as if it has the same requirements.
03 / Planning your project
Know what your support includes
We set out the tasks, access requirements, response arrangements and costs before a maintenance plan begins. A new feature or larger redesign may need a separate quote. This keeps everyday website care clear and gives you a way to plan bigger changes when the business needs them.
Can you maintain a website built by someone else?+
We can review the existing website, platform and available access before confirming support. Share the website address and the help you need. Compatibility and any initial fixes will be discussed before we agree to a plan.
Does maintenance include new pages and features?+
Only when they are included in the agreed support scope. Routine content changes and bug fixes are different from developing a new booking system or rebuilding a page. Larger work can be quoted separately so the costs are clear.
Do you provide emergency or round-the-clock support?+
Support hours, response arrangements and any urgent-work terms are agreed in writing. We do not advertise round-the-clock coverage or a guaranteed response time without an agreed support arrangement.
